About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and caring Resident Care Advocate to join our team at Huntington Place Senior Living. As a Resident Care Advocate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our residents.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, and have a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Helping residents with daily living activities, such as laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation.
  • Assisting with mobility issues, including repositioning and transferring residents.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to residents.
  • Maintaining accurate records of resident care and progress.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of 18 years old (or state-regulated age).
  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dedication to the medical field and a passion for working with seniors.
  • Pass State and company background checks and drug test.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
