Preferred Qualifications:
Previous Bartender experience. Basic English language communications required. Excellent customer service skills. Basic computer skills. Requires full availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.Responsibilities:
Thorough knowledge of Alcoholic Beverages, Cocktail; recipes, preparation methods, glassware, equipment and service. Ability to stand stoop, bend and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds repetitively during entire shift. Take orders and serves guests at bar. Provide upsell opportunities to guests to enhance the dining experience and increase overall check average. Inventories all beverages and operating supplies, orders replacement items as needed.
