It empowers the teams to deliver value to customers, achieve sales targets, and drive product adoption within the first-mile opportunities. Key aspects of product enablement: training and education, sales enablement, marketing enablement, customer support enablement, continuous updates, and communications.
In this role:
You will develop and implement comprehensive training and education programs for sales, marketing, and customer support teams. You will coordinate and oversee the creation of sales and marketing enablement materials. You will facilitate continuous updates and communications to align all teams with the latest product developments. You will serve as a leading expert within your field, influencing long-term tactical decisions and improving project management capabilities. You will routinely apply in-depth knowledge to solve complex business issues within established practices and procedures.What you bring:
Possess deep functional knowledge and experience in product enablement or a closely related field. Skilled in project management and able to effectively influence others. Capable of handling complex situations independently but knowing when to seek guidance on more challenging or atypical issues. Understand the overall business landscape and the interdependencies between various functions.
