Responsibilities

Post the lockbox payments of partnered offices quickly and efficiently Distribute any correspondence to other departments that came through the lockbox Adjust the patient ledgers with the proper explanation of company standards and benefits File the secondary claims with the appropriate documentation 

Qualifications

Previous experience working with dental insurance required Proven track record working with a high volume of claims posting Dentrix, Eagle Soft, or Easy Den software knowledge is a plus Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
