Your Impact in This Role
  • Provide culturally competent, high-quality outpatient mental health therapy to children and adults
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and create individualized treatment plans for clients
  • Offer compassionate, ethical care, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standards of mental health care
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using electronic health records
  • Participate in team meetings, clinical supervision, and case consultations
  • Actively engage with clients through individual and group therapy sessions, helping them achieve therapeutic goals
  • Uphold the organization’s mission while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all HIPAA standards
What You Bring to The Table
  • Licensure: LSW or LPC in good standing (LISW-S or LPCC-S preferred)
  • Language Skills: Fluent in both verbal and written English and Spanish
  • Education: Degree in counseling, social work, or a related field
  • Experience: Proficiency in EMR systems and experience in community behavioral health is preferred
  • Skillset: Training or certification in evidence-based treatment modalities is highly desirable
