Monday to Thursday: Yes 4-Day Week & 3-Day Weekends

Your Typical Week:
  • Monday: Upgrading a network at a client’s home
  • Tuesday: Putting the finishing touches on an equipment rack
  • Wednesday: We all fly to Vegas together and hit the casinos. (kidding making sure you’re still paying attention)
  • Thursday: Doing an amazing landscape lighting system. 
  • Friday: We don’t typically work on Friday's - This time we are serious
Your Typical Day:
  • Complete Solutions: Installation of AV, networking, security, surveillance, lighting/shading
  • Long-Term Projects: Ground Up Homes & Gut Renovations
  • Fast Track Projects: Simple and quick installs (Outdoor TV's & Surround Sound)
  • QC & Testing: Make sure everything works as expected
  • Relationships: Engaging with clients, building rapport, delivering exceptional service
You Have:
  • Experience: 3-5 years low-voltage, AV, custom installation
  • Knowledge: Installation and troubleshooting of audio/video, theaters, lighting, shades, climate control, security, CCTV and networks.
  • Control System Skills: Crestron & RTI
  • Construction Site Skills: Techniques, tools, wiring, infrastructure
  • Ability with Blueprints: Read & Interpret
  • Physical Ability: Lift 75lbs
  • Transportation: Reliable vehicle & clean driving record
Your Compensation:
  • Base salary: $21-$26/hr (Based on Experience)
