Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit strong prospecting abilities and cultivate customer relationships through consultative selling, enhancing customer trust in Guardian Fire Services.
  • Assess client needs by conducting thorough evaluations, customizing solutions to fit specific requirements, and delivering presentations that highlight our services.
  • Utilize approved marketing materials to effectively communicate proposals to potential clients, ensuring they grasp our value proposition and the benefits of our offerings.
  • Independently create call plans and strategies for customer follow-ups.
  • Work collaboratively with our service team to guarantee timely and quality service delivery.
  • Document account and opportunity information in our Sales CRM system.
  • Negotiate agreements and finalize deals to meet sales objectives.
  • Partner with the executive team to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct follow-up communications post-sale to confirm customer satisfaction and ensure all commitments were fulfilled.
