Contract Recruiter (Bi-Lingual)

For more than 40 years, Sunrise Landscape, a commercial landscape maintenance, design and installation company, has been serving West Central Florida with a commitment to landscape and service excellence. We have an opportunity for a Contract (Temporary) Recruiter for 6-8 weeks (from mid-July through end of August) for 25 hours per week. This role will be crucial in sourcing, attracting and hiring top talent to meet our staffing needs. To be a qualified candidate, you must be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle in a high-volume environment for at least 3 years and speak both English and Spanish.

Sunrise Landscape has multiple locations throughout Florida and this role will be located in Tampa, FL. 

Contract Hour Information: The role will be needed Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9a-2p EST for approximately 6-8 weeks from mid-July through end of August. 

What You Will Do:

  • Collaborate with hiring manager to determine staffing needs.
  • Develop job descriptions as necessary.
  • Source potential candidates (inbound) via our Applicant Tracking System + build candidate databases with outbound research via social media, job boards & networking.
  • Screen resumes & conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Provide weekly status updates in succinct, informative processes to the hiring managers and leadership team.
  • Coordinate and manage interviews between candidates & hiring managers.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
  • Develop job offers and ensure complete closure for offer letter acceptance.

What You Bring To Us:

  • Bachelors' degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years' of professional experience in a high volume recruitment/talent acquisition role.
  • Strong background in interviewing skills.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Qualities such as sense of urgency, detail orientation and excellent communication are non negotiable.
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish).
  • Proven ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.
