Summary:
The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing and reporting data related to dealership operations. Produce complex, recurring and ad-hoc reports with the purpose of measuring progress towards goals, measuring performance against objectives and identifying improvement opportunities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Create new custom reports and modify existing reports as needed using Tableau reporting tool Gather, analyze and interpret data to generate insightful reports and actionable recommendations Interpret data sets to identify trends, patterns and correlations that drive strategic business decisions Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes and streamline data visualization techniques Ensure accuracy, reliability and integrity of data through rigorous quality checks and validation procedures Provide support to dealership management regarding financial reporting & analysisJob Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience working with data and business intelligence 4-year college degree (Major: Finance, Accounting, or Computer Science preferred) Advanced experience with Tableau reporting and Amazon RDS is preferred Knowledge of SQL and ETL process is strongly recommended Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Excellent Communication skills (including communicating financial information to non-financial individuals) Critical thinking & problem-solving abilities Ability to complete spontaneous requests and scheduled projects in a timely and accurate manner. Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skillsHendrick is an Equal Opportunity employer.
