Objectiveof theRole
TheSenior Account Executive will be responsible for managing andgrowing our client s portfolio within the women s apparel sector.This role requires a consultative sales approach where theexecutive will partner with offprice retailers to create tailoredsolutions oversee the order process and ensure the seamlessexecution of sales strategies. The ideal candidate will leveragetheir industry experience to nurture existing relationshipsidentify new opportunities and align with the brand s values topromote the company svision.

RESPONSIBILITIES
ClientRelationshipManagement:
- Developand maintain strong longlasting relationships with clients in theoffprice retailsector.
- Serveas the main point of contact providing exceptional service andtailored solutions that meet clientsneeds.
- Conductregular meetings presentations and checkins to stay aligned withclientobjectives.
- Identifyand pursue opportunities for expanding the client base focusing onpotential partnerships within the offprice retailmarket.
- Attendtrade shows networking events and industry functions to connectwith potential clients and introduce thebrand.
- Implementsales strategies in alignment with the company s goals ensuring theachievement of individual and team salestargets.
- Utilizedatadriven insights to refine sales techniques and capitalize onmarkettrends.
- Monitorthe sales process from initial contact to final delivery ensuring aseamless clientexperience.
- Gaina deep understanding of the brand s product lines design elementsand craftsmanship to effectively communicate their unique sellingpoints.
- Representthe brand at industry events trade shows and client meetings alwaysreflecting the company s values andaesthetics.
- Overseethe entire order process from initial placement to deliveryensuring all client requirements aremet.
- Collaboratewith internal teams (production logistics and customer service) toensure timely and accurate fulfillment oforders.
RequirementsREQUIREMENTS
- Experience:Minimum of 10 years in sales or account management within the womens apparel industry with a focus on offpriceretail.
- Skills:Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills;proficiency in CRM systems sales software and Microsoft OfficeSuite.
- Education:Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing FashionMerchandising or a relatedfield.
- IndustryKnowledge: Deep understanding ofthe women s fashion industry with an ability to identify and adaptto emergingtrends.
- Location:This is an officebased position in Pasadena CA. Occasional travelmay be required to meet with clients and attend industryevents.
