We're on the lookout for a dynamic Industrialization Engineer to expand our Software and Hardware Development Team, to guarantee our deliverables on Process improvements and Industrialization projects.

Main Responsibilities:

You design, develop and implement state-of-the art solutions, lean processes and tools that streamline Production and the Manufacturing Process increasing efficiency and efficacy

You craft the Software needed to Manufacture and Test our high-end Healthcare Products

You influence Product design for seamless manufacturability and testability of our Products

You support the Operations activities during New Product Introduction (NPI)

You update and coordinate the implementation of the Processes documentation to secure a smooth and efficient Process after NPI stage

You document and maintain Process data in MES

You challenge existing Processes and solutions to pursue higher performance promoting Process optimization with lean concepts

You are part of the Team that monitors the trend of Production Lines Fall-Offs, you come up with solutions and implement corrective actions

You stand beside our Manufacturing Team, providing the support they need to shine

Education:

Master’s degree in Engineering or a Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 year proven experience in a Production Engineering.

Your profile:

Knowledge in CAD systems, 3D modelling and Industrial Process optimizations, understanding of Mechanical Drawings

Basic knowledge in PC hardware and software configuration

Experience in Lean, six sigma and continuous improvements

Knowledge in Monitor devices is appreciated

Can-do mentality, positivity and assertiveness define your way of working, always ready to roll up your sleeves and dive in

Problem solver, leveraging on excellent communication skills and team spirit, striving for the common goal

Passionate about Operations and Manufacturing with a proactive and Customer-focused mindset

Fluent in the language of collaboration, both English and Italian
