About the Role:

As a Quality Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for the coordination of each function in order to set up and maintain a Quality System in accordance with automotive industry referential ISO, IATF, AIAG, VDA, and ASPICE. You will also complete the training & certification of internal auditors to the VAQ standard.

Responsibilities Also Include:

  • Responsible to coordinate the creation and the maintenance of the Quality System with regards IATF requirements

  • Organize and perform Quality System Audits in accordance with the Audit schedule

  • Ensure readiness to ISO, IATF, VDA, customer (re-)certification audits and accordingly perform adequate pre-audits

  • Perform any other internal audits (Process audits project audits, StEDE) allowing to detect and highlight discrepancies vs. the standard

  • Prepare the Quality System Management review providing deployment status to the management staff 

  • Audit the V self-assessment for Total Quality axe

  • Train team members on process audit and certify them as assistant PQA auditors and train internal ISO/TS auditors.

  • Ensure internal procedure/policy are in line with customer and automotive industry requirement

  • Monitor conformance by audit, as Management representative

  • Coordinate IMS Activity

  • Perform quality reporting (Reliability, coherence, transparency)

  • Organize self-assessments & pre-audits for customer audits (MMOG, Supplier Health Check, MSA, CCC, QSB+ etc.)

  • Support the coordination of the Systemic Recovery Plan

  • Ensure that the customer portals can be accessed for each customer which has a supplier portal, and that monthly reviews of the Customer Specific Requirements (CSR) are done, and any changes in the CSR is communicated to project & operational team members.

What You Should Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field. Can consider experience in lieu of a formal degree.

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in Quality or Audit in the automotive industry

  • Prior experience in ISO / IATF certification and internal audits
