RESPONSIBILITIES/COMPANY HIGHLIGHTS:
  • Follow standard operating procedures to meet or exceed service level goals.
  • Maintain a strong awareness and understanding of information security.
  • Answer inbound calls, resolving borrower questions or issues on the first interaction.
  • Record customer interactions and manage activities in the system of record.
  • Ensure compliance with operational and regulatory guidelines in all responsibilities.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of 2 years in a call center customer service role.
  • Reliable and consistent attendance.
  • Experience with workflow management.
  • Ability to follow documented best practices and standard operating procedures.
