As a Business Analyst in the Strategic Insights & Planning team, you will help build Ericsson’s strategic business plan and generate high-impact insights to further Ericsson’s sales and profitability. What you will do:
Compile data, perform analyses and present conclusions to strategic problems Assist in driving strategic business planning and related activities Design, implement and populate Excel spreadsheets for business planning and scenario modeling Help prepare, run and document meetings with the working team Produce documentation, using PowerPoint and Word, relating to e.g. strategy and business planning Review and validate data submissions received from other stakeholders, e.g., in business planning Build professional skillset through apprenticeship, e.g., problem structuring, chart design, project planning and -management, cross-functional collaboration Grow a network of colleagues across the organization (e.g., Market Intelligence, Finance, Sales, Delivery) Acquire key insights related to telecom and its current and future impact on societyThe skills you bring:
1-2 years’ experience from Consulting or Strategy function in Telecom/Tech Bachelor’s/master’s degree in engineering and/or Mathematics, or similar Outstanding academic track record in analytical subjects, e.g., Calculus, Probability, Statistics, Algebra, Computer Science Project management experience solving business- and/or engineering problems, e.g., previous employment, thesis work, internships Passion for understanding and solving business problems in a structured, analytical manner Proven top-performance mindset as individual and as team player Strong communication skills for oral presentations and written reports Experience producing documents with MS PowerPoint and MS Word Proficiency with MS Excel is preferred, e.g., building quantitative modelsWhy join Ericsson?
