JOB SUMMARY FOR BUSINESS ANALYST:


  • Responsible for creating sell out, plan long term sell in and manage PSI to stakeholders by simulating PSI reports to keep healthy WOS and to avoid aging risks and provide strategic insights/opportunities to business teams.



RESPONSIBILITIES FOR BUSINESS ANALYST:


  • Manage system-based tools that provide real-time information regarding sales, order forecast, and channel inventory; extract data to conduct channel inventory analysis and reconciliation
  • • Consolidate all data from various sources including system-based and from stakeholders on a weekly basis; use Excel VBA and SQL coding to clean and automate NCME Sell-out, Sell-in and inventory data from multiple data sources
  • • Analyze weekly Purchase Sales Inventory (PSI) to identify supply and demand trends by accounts & products
  • • Consolidate and publish weekly PSI reports and assist in PSI simulation
  • • Support /lead weekly PSI meetings to deliver analysis on trends, risks and opportunities
  • • Assist with supply chain projects and perform ad-hoc analysis as business need arises (e.g. reporting, dashboards, etc.)
  • • Collaborate with team and provide backup when necessary



REQUIRED EXPERIENCE FOR BUSINESS ANALYST:


  • • 1-3 years work experience in relevant field
  • • Preferred degree in SCM/Operations Research/Business Administration/MIS/Engineering



SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR BUSINESS ANALYST:


  • • Strong Analytical, Data Management, and Computer Skills
  • o High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Office Suite
  • o SAP experience helpful
  • • Excellent Communications & Interpersonal skills (written, verbal)
  • o Must be comfortable presenting to and promoting consensus-building with Senior Management level
  • • Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environment
  • • Must be available to consistently work overtime and have flexible weekends
