As Sales Operations Analyst, Compensation you will be responsible for analysis supporting compensation and operations across ZoomInfo’s sales organization. This role requires an analytical and detail-oriented individual who is excited to make a unique impact
What You’ll Do:
Quota-setting and incentive creation for sales teams: Support the Sales organization’s responsibilities for compensation, including quota calculation and roll-out, team hierarchy management, opportunity alignment, and special incentive creation.Cross-functional execution: Drive the Sales organization’s priorities in coordination with our Compensation, Finance, Operations, and Sales teams.Insight generation and process improvement: Uncover insights in sales performance, share findings with senior leadership, and help implement solutions.Create dynamic opportunities: Learn as you go and find a way to make a unique impact. This role reports into the Go-to-Market organization, which partners closely with sales leadership and is an agile team that is always looking for new ways to improve.What You Bring:
1-2 years experience in an analyst role, or a recent degree in an analytical field (e.g., business, economics, engineering, computer science, math)Strong analytical skills and ability to draw insight and meaning out of data, including experience working in Microsoft ExcelFamiliarity with Xactly or related sales compensation software a plusThe ability to turn data into a visual dashboard, ie TableauEnthusiasm for making a difference and rolling up your sleeves to see things throughThis is a hybrid role, working a minimum of three days per week from one of our US offices.
The US base salary range for this position is $68,000 to $93,500 + annual bonus + benefits.
