Job Description

Manages a portfolio to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service and the achievement of benchmark standards and individual performance objectives, while minimizing credit risk exposure. 

Key responsibilities include: 

Business development and retention Credit analysis Loan structure design Risk management Community involvement and ensuring the assigned portfolio is in compliance with all applicable standards, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.  Identifies and initiates new client opportunities as well as identifying and researching opportunities to build and develop new and existing client relationships.  Actively cross sells appropriate banking products to new and existing customers and refers clients to other banking areas for additional needs.  Provides loans and financial services for businesses that have annual revenue from $3M to $20M.  Typically manages a loan portfolio over $30M.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Combination of education and experience, generally acquired through the attainment of a Bachelor's degree Experience in the credit administration and lending functions Background in commercial business operations and commercial real estate Experience with business development activities Ability to demonstrate and consistently model Bremer values, Bremer Leadership Competencies and foster an inclusive work environment. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience & 7-8 years' experience Customer Service Experience Sales Experience
