TEKsystems has a client that is in need of a Diagnostic and Repair Virtual Assistant who aims to centralize and classify large amounts of technical data on a Google Cloud Platform from published service content, with the capability to generate targeted diagnostic and repair information to our technicians. Driven through Artificial Intelligence capabilities, the virtual assistant delivers technician efficiencies, improved quality, and higher accuracy of vehicle repairs. Candidates must be based in LA (1) and 1 in Atlanta and 2 in Chicago.

They are rolling out a Virtual Assistant to Technicians at sites across the The Analyst in these roles will need to test out the systems based on their expertise based on repairing vehicle and authoring documents and testing it to see the response from the AI assistant and seeing if its appropriate and giving the thumbs up or down, if AI assistant is accurate on response.

Examples of day to day duties:

-Known questions you will ask the specific questions to see if AI response is correct

-How it works – open up website, ask question like about a specific auto repair issues, anything regarding diagnosing or repair question you ask, after that then you look at and see what it spits out is correct

-Gather data together for teams and see what the areas of improvement are

-Small portion is at dealer, vast majority home office/desk type of work

-Office work, start with published manual that is already existing, pain points are that it’s difficult to find certain content – Goal is to provide the content much quicker and easier to find and understand/comprehend for techs

-Start with manual, ask questions the technicians would normally ask, step by step procedure about what component needs to be adjusted or replaced, ex) how to it replace the driveshaft. Compare the factual data, make sure statements are true, confirm content delivered and accurate.

Skillset – don’t need to be computer programming or even computer savvy, base foundational understanding of vehicle repair or diagnosis, could have been an independent shop, how a vehicle operates and how diagnostics work.

-Shadow technicians and document real work feedback.

Analyst will do roughly 10 visits to Dealer sites in 3 Cities. LA, Chicago and Atlanta. Candidates doing these visits must be from these locations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

This is mostly a remote job with with up to 10 visits to Ford Dealerships to do testing with Technician of the AI Virtual Assistant tool.

Contract is until end of year but could be extended based upon workload.

Candidates must be mechanically inclined from a technician/diagnostics side.

oEnd to end testing and validation of Diagnostic and Repair Virtual Assistant application

•Apply test strategies and processes defined

•Leverage provided tools and process steps to deliver virtual assistant feedback resulting in further testing of improvements, enhancements, and greater tool accuracy:

•Evaluate and provide feedback on test questions generated

•Validate retrieval of correct documents and data; evaluate generated content

oTrack responses and accuracy of responses

oPeer-review previous or new human evaluations

oEvaluate feedback from technician pilot

•Test user interface and integration; identify and recommend improvements

•Test and evaluate performance and integration of all components

•Adhere to testing timelines

•Support scheduled status and review discussions
