Position Overview - Senior Analyst I - RFP & Bid:
As the Senior Analyst I focusing on RFP & Bid at Leica Biosystems, you will play a vital role within our Sales Team, facilitating various transactions related to Advanced Staining, Core Histology, and Pathology Imaging. Your duties will encompass managing the Request for Proposals (RFP) process, working alongside cross-functional teams, and ensuring the timely and precise completion of proposals and agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the RFP process for non-GPO clients from identification through to submission
- Evaluate Opportunity emails to pinpoint Sales Opportunities and manage pricing strategies
- Maintain performance metrics and management dashboards
- Complete various questionnaires/documents and engage directly with clients to finalize agreements
- Report on obligations, liabilities, and risks associated with Contract clauses
- Take on additional projects and responsibilities as assigned
- BA or BS Degree with relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
- Familiarity with the review and adjustment of legal terms and conditions
- Experience with Government Contracts
- Fluency in French (written and verbal)
