Retail Sales Associates are the cornerstone of the retail experience, serving as the face of the Blue Link Wireless and the AT&T brands. You’ll be responsible for demonstrating the wide array of products, services, and entertainment options available to our customers, creating personalized solutions for every person that walks through the door

Individual starting pay within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Top full-time Retail Sales Associates can exceed $80,000 in a year, and many have been promoted to Store Leaders within that year as a result Commissions are based on sales and performance goals set for a given market.

Blue Link Wireless AT&T Retail Wireless Sales Associate Benefits & Perks:  

A highly competitive base rate This position is Non-Exempt and is eligible for overtime pay. Commissions on every sale you make with no commissions cap  Company paid training.  A 50% discount on AT&T service for up to 10 lines  Employee discounts on accessories and equipment  Sales contests and spiffs  Up to $300.00 RAMP UP Bonus for new hires.  Up to $75.00 in AT&T clothing vouchers  A $200.00 bonus for every person you referr that successfully works through the 120 day Blue Link Wireless New Hire period.  Generous Benefits package including a 401K program.  Amazing medical plans Dental coverage Vision coverage Life and AD&D company paid for those on the medical plan. Wireless Retail Sales Associate Duties & Responsibilities:  

Interacting with customers and providing prompt and courteous customer service to all customers  Understanding customers' needs and helping them discover how our products meet those needs.  Educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations  Possess a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals.  Stay current with the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi, data devices, TV entertainment tools.  Multi-task in a fast-paced team environment  Attaining monthly goals and objectives  Ability to work in other locations as the needs of the business dictate.  Completing all aspects of opening and closing the store in accordance with written procedures  Submitting all transaction journals daily  Assisting with inventory maintenance 

Wireless Retail Sales Associate Qualifications:  

1-3 years retail/customer facing/sales experience preferred but not required.  Bilingual preferred but not required in some markets. Competitive and eager to learn Sales Associates are paid a competitive hourly rate and can earn additional monthly commission dollars by meeting and/or exceeding sales objectives  Desire to exceed customer expectations and a love of wireless technology.  Ability to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as reflected on a published and approved schedule.
