Minimum qualifications:
4 years of related work experience Supervisory or management experience Experience in the less-than-truckload (LTL) industry Experience with hazardous materials regulations, OSHA and Department of Transportation (DOT) rules and regulationsPreferred qualifications:

Handle the efficiency and effectiveness of the delivery service provided to our customers Guide the complete daily operations of the service center Oversee revenue, profit and cost controls Ensure proper staffing, utilization and management of personnel Mentor and manage all personnel working at the facilityFreight Operations Managers are required to:
Frequently lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally greater than 75 lbs. Reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel Work outdoors in inclement weather Walk and stand for extended periods on a loading dock that is not climate-controlled and may be slippery Annual Salary Range: $88,696 to $110,870. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set.
In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for a sign-on bonus, annual and long-term incentive awards, and an equity buyout award. This is an incentive-based position, which may include bonuses, incentive or commission plans
