**Job Summary**

As a Store Operations Manager at Loop Neighborhood, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our convenience store. This includes managing store staff, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Store Management: Supervise and train store staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Customer Service: Ensure prompt, efficient, and courteous customer service to store customers, vendors, and staff.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, customer-friendly environment in the store and surrounding property.
  • Financial Management: Reconcile store paperwork and manage cash handling procedures.
  • Team Development: Foster a positive and productive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and employee development.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve car wash and gas-related issues, including drive-offs and pump malfunctions.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Six to nine months experience as an Assistant Manager or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills: Strong mathematics ability, written and oral communication skills, and desire to be part of a performance-driven team.
  • Physical Requirements: Constant standing, bending, and reaching with moderate manual dexterity. Frequent lifting of 1 to 5 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 40-50 pounds.

Additional Requirements:

  • Age: Must be 21+ years of age.
  • Availability: Must be able to work various shifts and days of the week.
