Pay Rate: $19/hour
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
Training is on-site for 2-3 weeks, then the position moves to a hybrid schedule  (3-4 days a week remote)

What’s a typical day as a Pricing & Availability Representative? You’ll be:
• Providing excellent customer service to internal clients within the Service and Spare Parts Departments
• Answering incoming tickets from internal team members
• Maintaining pricing on Spare Parts
• Determining product centers and work-flow for non-set up spare parts
• Following up on outstanding pricing and part set-up requests
• Reviewing and updating current pricing/UOM on parts as needed
• Collaborating with Central Purchasing and Production for part information
• Responding to escalated situations with a sense of urgency
• Providing accurate and complete information to the customer service team
• Entering requests accurately and promptly
• Utilizing tools and documents to process internal customer requests
• Following communication procedures and guidelines
• Maintaining an organized work environment and multitasking efficiently
• Collaborating with other internal departments
• Handling miscellaneous administrative duties as needed

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have previous customer service experience
• Have experience with handling a large volume of incoming emails
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Have good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Have knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, or other CRM systems
• Are a high school graduate or equivalent (college degree preferred)
