Compensation:
$19/hour

Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm

Initial training will take place on-site for 2-3 weeks, transitioning to a hybrid model with 3-4 days of remote work each week.

What does a typical day look like for a Pricing & Availability Representative?

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders
  • Managing incoming requests from team members
  • Ensuring accurate pricing for spare parts
  • Identifying product centers and workflows for spare parts
  • Following up on pricing and part setup inquiries
  • Reviewing and adjusting pricing and units of measure as necessary
  • Collaborating with purchasing and production teams for part details
  • Addressing urgent situations with promptness
  • Providing comprehensive information to the customer service team
  • Accurately entering requests in a timely manner
  • Utilizing various tools to fulfill internal requests
  • Adhering to communication protocols
  • Maintaining an organized workspace while managing multiple tasks
  • Working alongside other departments as needed
  • Performing various administrative tasks as required

This role may be ideal for you if you:

  • Have prior experience in customer service
  • Are adept at managing a high volume of emails
  • Exhibit strong communication abilities

  • Are familiar with Microsoft Office, SAP, or similar CRM systems
