Position Overview:
As a Service Advisor at Lou Fusz Chevrolet, you will be the vital link between our customers and our service department.
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing service appointments, and ensuring that vehicle repairs are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assess their service needs in a professional and friendly manner
  • Provide accurate cost estimates for repairs and maintenance services
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and service technicians, ensuring clear communication
  • Advise customers on necessary maintenance and repairs based on their vehicle’s condition and manufacturer recommendations
  • Monitor repair progress and update customers throughout the service process
  • Ensure timely completion of services and resolve any issues or concerns that arise
  • Maintain accurate records of services provided and parts used
  • Promote additional services and products when appropriate
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business

Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of experience in a Service Advisor role or a related position
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
  • Proficiency in automotive service software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver’s license
