We are seeking a Quality Control Specialist III.

Located on-site in Chesapeake, VA.

ESN is seeking a Quality Control Specialist II to support a contract with Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC), Atlantic, in Norfolk, VA. The contract to support NIWC LANT consists of Independent Validation & Verification, Operations, Sustainment, and Installation support. The Maintenance Figure of Merit (MFOM) systems provides near real-time material-based readiness reporting to the Defense Readiness Reporting System-Navy (DRRS-N) and provides three additional primary capabilities to the Fleet including Ashore and Afloat systems. This support includes automated software testing, Scrum Master, operating in the AWS Cloud, management of JIRA/JAMA/Confluence, and project support.

Experience Requirement:

Education: High School diploma/GED, related military experience, or trade/industrial school graduate.

Experience: 3 years professional experience solving technical problems. Trained in the skills and techniques related to engineering and/or software

design/maintenance. Possess a practical understanding of engineering concepts. Experience includes ensuring that the product/service and process meet

quality and safety standards.

Preferred Experience: Three (3) years' experience in Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) software testing. Three (3) years experience in

developing automated software tests. Two (2) years experience in an agile software development process.

Secret Security Clearance Required.
