PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way.Develop working knowledge of BAYADA’s mission, services, people, organization, policies and procedures.Embody BAYADA’s mission and core values in all activities.Manage and contribute to project teams of all sizes and backgrounds.Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation for assigned projects.Support stakeholders in the generation of business cases/project proposals.Conduct project planning sessions.Facilitate the creation of detailed business requirements.Timely assess and effectively mitigate project risks.Generate detailed project plans.Track project work using a standard suite of tools.Monitor project progress, adapting to changes as needed.Conduct periodic project health evaluations and create detailed reports for leadership.Tailor project management tactics to be suitable for the team and required effort.Coordinate internal and external project resources.Initiate and participate in process improvement assessment and implementation.Demonstrate solid performance or exceed performance standards in key job dimensions/attributes as defined on the Performance Appraisal for Office Staff.Perform related duties, or as required or requested by supervisor.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
