- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a senior operational role, preferably within a law firm or legal services environment. Demonstrated experience in personnel management, human resources, report handling, and process optimization.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, JD) or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) a plus.
