PositionOverview: As a Senior Business Development Manager atPrecision Imaging Centers you will play a pivotal role in drivingour expansion efforts into the Orlando region. You will leverageyour extensive experience in the radiology space or yourwellestablished relationships with local physicians to establishand nurture key partnerships. This role requires a strategicthinker with a proven track record in business development andterritory management.
KeyResponsibilities:
- MarketExpansion: Work with Director of growth to develop andimplement strategies to penetrate the Orlando market establishingPrecision Imaging Centers as a leading provider of diagnosticimagingservices.
- RelationshipBuilding: Cultivate and maintain strong relationshipswith local physicians healthcare providers and key stakeholders todrive referrals and businessgrowth.
- BusinessDevelopment: Identify and pursue new businessopportunities including partnerships collaborations and referralnetworks to achieve revenue and growthtargets.
- StrategicPlanning: Create and execute business development planstailored to the Orlando market aligning with the company s overallobjectives and growthstrategy.
- ClientManagement: Manage and grow existing client relationshipswhile actively seeking new opportunities to enhance clientengagement andsatisfaction.
- MarketAnalysis: Conduct thorough market research to understandlocal trends competitive landscape and emerging opportunitiesproviding actionable insights to inform strategicdecisions.
- Reporting:Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related tobusiness development activities providing regular updates andrecommendations to seniormanagement.
Qualifications:
- Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development orterritory management within the radiology space or with substantialrelationships with localphysicians.
- IndustryKnowledge: Indepth understanding of the diagnosticimaging industry including trends challenges andopportunities.
- NetworkingSkills: Proven ability to build and sustain professionalrelationships with healthcare providers physicians and other keystakeholders.
- StrategicThinking: Strong strategic and analytical skills with theability to develop and execute effective business developmentstrategies.
- Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the abilityto present and negotiateeffectively.
- SelfMotivated:Highly driven and proactive with a strong work ethic and theability to operate independently while contributing to ateamorientedenvironment.
- Education:Bachelor s degree in Business Healthcare Administration or arelated field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are aplus.
