About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Technology Business Services Consultant in Technology as part of Consumer Technology. This position will be part of the Business Operations organization within oCIO. This position is focused on leading communication activities to support the Conduct Management team including communications for run-the-business activities, leader meeting routines, key initiatives, and organizational priorities.
In this role, you will:
  • Lead and support cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute run-the-business communications (weekly huddle content, monthly change readiness communications, etc.) and leadership communication routines (Town halls, all leader meetings, leader talking points, etc.)
  • Deliver solutions that are long term, large scale, and which require understanding of organizational goals or priorities and technology to develop executable strategies and plans
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to executive leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions related to technology matters that are large scale, cross functional, or companywide
  • Support internal and external social media and speaking engagements
  • Engage with the technology team and more executive leaders to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business and for execution of operational processes
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 7+ years of Public Relations, Media Relations or Corporate Communications experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in presentation skills (MS PowerPoint, Visio, Photoshop, and Adobe)
  • Experience in the financial industry, working in an innovation-driven environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are crucial to effectively convey ideas, strategies, and messages to internal and external stakeholders, specifically in executive level forums
  • Experience in handling communication during crisis situations, demonstrating composure and effective communication under pressure
  • Proficiency in using data analytics tools to measure the impact of the communication campaigns, gather insights, and make data-driven decisions
