Responsibilities:

Prompt and courteous customer receptionMonitor consistent selling by all Service AdvisorsPrompt and consistent customer follow-up by each Service AdvisorRegular and thorough inspection of completed workPrompt and fair adjustments on all customer complaintsDaily review of progress versus objectivesEstablishing individual sales quotas for the Service AdvisorsListening and analyzing all suggestions, complaints, etc. - consult with the Platform Director on personnel problems that need his attentionAnalyzing the performance of all Service employees on a regular basisHave adequate tools and equipment for Service TechniciansSeeing that the company receives full value for time and materials purchasedGetting competitive bids on all tools, equipment, sublet of repairs, supplies, etc.Analyzing and eliminating practices that waste supplies, utilities, space and timeAnalyzing each month's "come- back" repair orders, maintenance costs, repair costs, and all controllable expense elementMaintain a program to upgrade employees capable and desirous of advancement

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license Automotive Expertise: A solid background in automotive repairs is a must. Leadership Excellence: You're a natural leader with a track record of effectively managing teams.
