At Mountain Valley Regional Rehabilitation Hospital, our hospital has been ranked in the Top 10% nationally for rehabilitative care for 15 years and has earned The Joint Commission’s Stroke Certification and Brain Injury Certification. At our 44-bed hospital, we provide specialized inpatient and outpatient rehabilitative services, as well as Home Health services to our patients, serving the communities of Northern Arizona. We see patients who often are recovering from disabilities caused by injuries, illnesses, or chronic medical conditions.
We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team of passionate patient caregivers

Required Skills:
One year of reception experience in a healthcare setting preferred. OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.Additional Qualifications/Skills:
Demonstrates general computer skills including: data entry, word processing, email, and record management. Effective organizational and time management skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain quality and safety standards. Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality. Responsible for providing hospital telecommunication services through the use of telephones, pagers, the paging system, radio, or computer to connect communication between visitors, callers, staff, patients, and patients' families. May maintain records related to telecommunications (., long distance phone calls, on-call employees, pages). Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
