Salary: $20 per hour for undergraduate, $22 per hour for graduate

Company is looking for a qualified intern to join our Human Resources team. Our Human Resources department is pivotal for the continuity of our business. This department oversees HR compliance at all levels, recruitment, agency vendor management, advise on department structures, benefit role outs, compensation reviews, training and development initiatives and oversees all areas of human resources functions that enable us to provide best in class services to major companies nationwide. We seek an intern who can participate in various stages of human resources operations, organization, development and enhancement.
This intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, be able to handle several assignments concurrently, and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of Human Resources, and in-depth understanding Contract Logistics.


Candidate will be tasked and trained on the following areas of responsibilities:
• Participate in the recruiting and hiring process, including: posting job openings, reviewing resumes, screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
• Proper maintenance of employee files
• Modify job descriptions
• Assist with employee performance management process
• Aid in benefit administration as it relates to open enrollment
• Research HR initiatives and develop communication
• Help organize various employee events
• Maintain accuracy of, and update employee personnel files in accordance with company policies and government regulations
• Compose competent memos to employees to effectively communicate policy and procedural changes
• Assist in the construction and improvement of company policies and procedures
• File documents and answer phone calls


• Company is looking for an undergraduate student who preferably is majoring in Business, Logistics, Contract Logistics, Business Development, and/or Logistics Engineering. This person should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with extensive knowledge of Web usage, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Requirements for Undergraduate Students
• Must be currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior in an accredited college or university as a full-time student (minimum of 12 semester hours)
• Must have a minimum of 60 credit hours
• Must be in good academic standing

Requirements for Graduate Students
• Must be currently enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited college or university leading to an advanced degree in a related field
• Must be in good academic standing

Part-time Internship

Flexible Schedule and duration

Time frame: Period of up to 12 months.

Based on program details such as schedule and hours, interns are may be eligible for Paid Holidays, accrue vacation and participation of 401K plan.
