Description:
The Project Manager is responsible for supervising a team(s) of field employees in providing services to clients that result in the safe disposal of hazardous & non-hazardous materials. This role will coordinate subcontractors and field personnel within the job specifications & regulatory guidelines, and provide guidance and training to all field service employees. The PM prepares project estimates/proposals and assists with contract preparation. The primary responsibilities of the Project Manager are to manage team(s) including hiring, evaluating, and disciplinary actions. They will recognize and act on opportunities to increase value added services that benefit customers, while maintaining a professional image by answering inquiries and suggesting solutions to existing and/or potential problems. This role is also responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of all equipment to ensure optimum efficiency and effectiveness.
