Lead performance testing of fire rated doors and develop solutions for improved products, considering materials and engineering principles to improve on safety and performance. Research, design, and conduct experiments to evaluate and validate new materials and mechanical designs for novel doors and door systems Apply principles of acoustical engineering and measurement technologies to optimize noise reduction and control in interior and exterior door systems. Utilize stack-up tolerance analysis techniques to ensure precision and accuracy in mechanical assemblies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet project objectives. Stay updated with the latest advancements in material science, mechanical engineering, and related fields to propose and implement innovative approaches.
