The Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) is seeking a Vice President of Education to provide innovative leadership and strategic direction for the global association’s Education Division.

This is an ideal opportunity for a forward-thinking leader with business acumen and a proven track record of success in implementing educational programming to shape the future of the organization. Candidates should bring 10-15 years of professional experience, including in senior management roles, strong communication skills, and a familiarity with the latest technology in both virtual and in-person educational environments.

In this role, you will:

Drive the development and execution of a global education strategy aligned with CASE’s mission and strategic plan. Lead the growth and modernization of adult learning opportunities through virtual and in-person modalities. Oversee the delivery of a comprehensive competency-based leadership development curriculum, the Career Journey framework, to professionals at all levels of the advancement profession. Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with members, volunteers, and in-house subject matter experts. Collaborate with colleagues across regions and divisions. Broad and growing communities of professional practice gather under the global CASE umbrella. Currently these include alumni relations, development services, digital, communications, fundraising, government relations, marketing, and web. These professionals are at all stages of their career and may be working in universities, schools, colleges, cultural entities or other not-for-profits.
