The Center for Development and Disability (CDD), established in 1990, is New Mexico's University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities Education, Research and Service. These centers, authorized by the Developmental Disabilities Assistance and Bill of Rights Act, build the capacities of states and communities to respond to the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.

We are seeking a student employee to assist with administrative duties primarily data entry of HIPAA protected, client information. 20 hours per week available during regular business hours Monday-Friday.

The Nurse-Family Partnership and Parents as Teachers are two prevention home visiting implementations at the CDD that serve at-risk women and their children starting at the prenatal stage through kindergarten entry. Our HATCH implementation is a prevention home visiting implementation serving infants in the NICU transition home with their families and providing long-term care through Healthy Families America. Services promote positive health and educational outcomes for women, infants and children in Bernalillo and Valencia counties.

Duties include:

Performing data entry and cross-referencing work for accuracy in two web-based database platforms. Organize inventory supplies, materials and equipment.

The successful candidate will have the following qualities:

Punctual and reliable attendance. Advanced organizational and time-management skills. Adaptable to change with a strong work ethic.
