Section 2 Position Purpose

Internship position designed to give exposure to the different facets of the Jason’s Deli Marketing team. This role will assist with planning and execution of social media marketing, local store marketing and brand initiatives. 

Section 3Major Responsibilities

Social Media Assistant (40%)

Partner with the Digital Marketing Strategist to build the social media strategy and create relevant content Assist with creating content around our brand, food, community partner program and employment opportunitiesMonitor the social media landscape for emerging trends, activities in the competitive landscape and consumer behaviors relative to the brand category. Identify new audiences, channels and engagement opportunities for the brand.

Spirit Night Program Coordination (20%)

Partner with the VP Marketing to execute updated Spirit Night/Community Partners Program 

Project Management (20%)

Assist with production and creative asset management

Local Store Marketing (20%)

Assist with development of local store marketing programs & materials

Decision-making required for project and time management, prioritization of jobs, social media management.
