Responsibilities: Campaign Support: Assist in the development, implementation, and analysis of direct marketing campaigns across various channels Data Analysis: Work with marketing analytics tools to track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including analytics, brand, and IT, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the marketing department, including organizing meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing documentation Qualifications: Education: Enrollment in a relevant undergraduate program, such as Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, or other numerically focused business degree. Prefer 2024 graduates that can work during the school year 15-20 hours a week Initiative: Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to take on new challenges and learn quickly Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely Creative Thinker: Affinity for thinking outside the box and contributing innovative ideas to marketing campaigns Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing, and analytics tools Team Player: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute meaningfully to business outcomes If you’re ready to dive into the world of direct marketing and contribute to impactful campaigns, we want to hear from you
