Job Title: Sales and Marketing Admin Assistant
Location: Grand Prairie, TX
Pay: $20 - $25 (Based upon Experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Overview: As a Sales, Lead Generation, and Marketing Specialist you will be a driving force in our business growth strategy. Leveraging your expertise in sales and marketing, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic plans to expand our market reach and drive revenue. Your responsibilities will include generating leads through innovative marketing strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create impactful materials, and building strong client relationships. We are looking for a motivated professional with a proactive mindset, exceptional analytical skills, and a passion for exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.

Generate leads through targeted marketing campaigns, utilizing both traditional and digital channels.

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.

Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance our competitive advantage.

Requirements:

PREFERRED: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

REQUIRED: Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and marketing, with a track record of driving results.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.

Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM software, email marketing, and social media management and QuickBooks.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
