As a BlueTeam Market Representative, your primary responsibility will be to establish and cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers at client properties within your assigned market. This dynamic position requires a proactive, results-driven individual who excels in communication and relationship-building. Through regular communication and in-person meetings, you will actively promote BlueTeam's services, aiming to secure contracts for restoration, construction, and roofing projects when needed.

What you’ll do….

  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with decision-makers and influencers at client properties within the assigned market
  • Regular Communication: Contact decision makers and influencers bi-weekly through various means, including email, phone calls, text messages, and other communication channels
  • In-Person Meetings: Conduct monthly visits to client locations, scheduling face-to-face meetings, lunches, dinners, and attending sponsor events to build rapport and trust
  • Promotion of BlueTeam Services: Effectively communicate BlueTeam's full range of services, emphasizing our capabilities in disaster recovery, reconstruction, cap-ex construction, and roofing
  • Client Needs Assessment: Identify the specific needs and requirements of each client property, tailoring BlueTeam's services to meet their unique demands
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with the BlueTeam sales and project management teams to create customized proposals for potential projects
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and in line with BlueTeam's standards
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to provide valuable insights and suggestions for business growth
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required
What you’ll need…
  • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred) from a four-year college or university; and four (4) + years related experience and/or training
  • Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently
    • Willingness to travel within the assigned market
    • Knowledge of the construction or restoration industry is a plus
