Essential Job Functions:
Work on different teams as assigned Provide technical and nursing care to patients while using critical thinking skills. Routine clinical testing and procedures including but not limited to (blood draws, blood pressures, IV catheter placement, etc.) Strong client communication skills and desire to build and maintain client relationships; able to explain things clearly with a high level of comfort, tact, and empathy. Manage difficult or fractious patients for diagnostics and treatments with minimal stress to the patient. Monitoring and recovering sedated and/or anesthetized patients. Calculation and administration of medications. Proper handling and submission of laboratory samples. Maintain accurate and up to date medical records Commitment to providing the highest standard of patient care. Willingness to learn new skills and accept constructive feedback. Working collaboratively with the entire Friendship team Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
