We are seeking a Corporate Attorney to join our legal team Join our team and play a key role in shaping the legal strategies that drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
  • Provide legal advice on corporate governance and compliance issues.
  • Assist with mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings and disputes.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in Virginia
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in corporate law.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
