TheProject Analystwill assist with the daily operation and management of the office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare briefing materials, papers, program plans, and other administrative materials.

  • Assist with the technical writing of contract documentation for Directorate Departments.

  • Provide technical review of documents.

  • Assist with tracking military and civilian personnel evaluations, recognition, awards, and other requirements.

  • Assist with planning, organizing, executing, documenting, and pre/post-support of workshops, training, conferences, and meetings.

  • Oversee calendars, taskers, deadlines, and office distribution.

  • Maintain SharePoint lists, libraries, wiki pages, web parts, sites, and sub-sites.

  • Assist with tracking, monitoring, and responding to tasking and expenses.

  • Assist with initiating and managing government/contractor travel requests and authorizations.

    Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree related to Information Technology field of study.

  • 2+ years of experience coordinating and/or supporting IT business processes.

  • Must have PMP certification.

  • ITIL Agile-SCRUM certifications preferred.

  • Secret clearance Tier 3 investigation required.
