Key Duties:

  • Project Management and Agile Methodologies:
  • Utilize Agile methodologies and practices (ACP-PMI) to manage and refine project workflows, ensuring adaptability to changes and ongoing enhancements.
  • Lead Scrum processes as a Scrum Master, overseeing the daily integration of MS365 applications into case management workflows and promoting sprint-based advancements.
  • System Integration and Enhancement:
