Purdy Contracts Ltd, part of Kinovo Plc, have fantastic opportunities to earn while you learn. We are seeking two Property Maintenance Apprentices, who will predominately work within the Norfolk and surrounding areas. You will be placed with experienced Multi Trade Operatives within the business to learn trade skills and start your career within the property maintenance field. Successful applicants will undertake a L2 Property Maintenance Operative qualification with a local training provider as appropriate. This is usually completed by on-the-job training, completing exercises set by the College (in work time), and on-site assessment from a College Assessor. You will also be required to attend College once a week as a minimum) for which you will be paid. The working hours are typically 08:00 to 17:00 to suit business needs. You will be required to have GCSE Level 2 or above in Maths and English. 
  • 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
  • Annual Appraisals and Pay Reviews
