About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Property Maintenance Apprentice to join our growing Build Services team at Kinovo Group plc. As a Property Maintenance Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to work with experienced Multi Trade Operatives and learn trade skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake a L2 Property Maintenance Operative qualification with a local training provider
  • Work on-site with experienced operatives to gain hands-on experience
  • Complete exercises set by the College (in work time) and on-site assessment from a College Assessor
  • Attend College once a week (as a minimum) for which you will be paid
  • Work a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
