VCA Acacia Animal Hospital & Pet Resort is seeking highly experienced Veterinarian to lead our team as Medical Director to join our progressive, multi-doctor practice in Escondido.

This is an outstanding opportunity to continue practicing medicine while establishing the direction and medical quality of the hospital like an owner would, but without the risks of ownership. Plus, you'll have the solid backing of experts in Operations, Marketing, Human Resources, Payroll, and more, to help you succeed. 

Located in Escondido, our veterinarians, technicians and pet-friendly support staff are trained to the highest standards. Their thorough knowledge of the latest procedures and medicines ensures that our patients receive the best in preventive and healing care.

Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. The annual salary range for this position is $66,560 to $200,000. This position may also be eligible for other variable pay programs.
