Job Summary

The Mountain Shadows Support Group seeks a seasoned Human Resources professional to serve as its HR Director. This key role will oversee the Human Resources Department, ensuring the successful execution of HR operations and compliance with federal and state employment laws, company policies, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a four-person department and lead HR operations to achieve company goals.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
  • Oversee recruiting and onboarding, employee records maintenance, benefits administration, and training and professional development.
  • Assist managers with employee relations issues and participate in internal investigations, as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience working at a senior level in Human Resources for an organization with 300+ employees.
  • Previous experience working in a non-profit and/or healthcare environment is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations.
Compensation

The salary range for this position is $90,000-$110,000, with a total compensation package including medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, paid vacation and sick leave, and a 401k retirement plan with employer match.
