Weare seeking a mid to SeniorLevel ServiceNow Administrator to joinour team and support our Federalclient.
TheServiceNow Administrator will be responsible for managing theServiceNow platform with a focus on collecting software enhancementrequirements implementing and configuring the ServiceNow Enterpriseplatform and providing daytoday monitoring and user support withinthe Enterprise Service Desk environment. The ideal candidate willhave a strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM)processes and will be able to collaborate with stakeholders todeliver enhancements that improve platform functionality andefficiency.
Theposition can be based at any of the four locations:Woodlawn MD Frederick MD Durham NC or Lakewood CO. The qualifiedcandidate should have strong ytical problemsolving andcommunication ss with sharp attention todetail.

Responsibilities:
RequirementGathering:
  • Workwith stakeholders to collect and doent software enhancementrequirements for the ServiceNowplatform.
  • yzecurrent processes and recommend improvements to optimize ServiceNowfunctionality and userexperience.

PlatformImplementation &Configuration:
  • Implementand configure ServiceNow Enterprise modules such as IncidentProblem Change Service Catalog and KnowledgeManagement.
  • Customizeworkflows forms and interfaces using ServiceNow s configurationtools (Flow Designer WorkflowEditor).
  • Configuredashboards and reports for realtime monitoring and performancetracking.

Monitoring&Support:
  • Providedaytoday monitoring of the ServiceNow platform ensuring ility andoptimal performance within the Enterprise Service Deskenvironment.
  • Troubleand resolve ServiceNow issues andbugs.
  • istusers with platform navigation functionality and other supporttasks asrequired.

Automation&Enhancements:
  • Identifyopportunities for automation within the ServiceNow platform tostreamline processes ticket routing andignment.
  • Configureautomated workflows and scripts to enhance the functionality of theplatform.

UserTraining &Doentation:
  • Providetraining to endusers and technical staff on new features andenhancements.
  • Maintaincomprehensive doentation for platform configurations workflows andprocesses.

RequirementsBasicQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems or a related field(or equivalentexperience).
  • 8years of experience in ServiceNow administration includingimplementation configuration andsupport.

TechnicalSs:
  • Proficientin ServiceNow administration and implementation across various ITSMmodules.
  • Experiencewith ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript Glide API Business Rules UIPoliciesetc.).
  • Familiaritywith integrations using REST/SOAP APIs within the ServiceNowplatform.
  • Handsonexperience with platform monitoring troubleing and systemupgrades.
  • ServiceNowCertified SystemAdministrator.
  • ITILFoundationcertification.

PreferredSs:
  • AdditionalServiceNow certifications (e.g. ITSM Implementation Specialist) areaplus.
  • Priorfederal experience is aplus.
  • Knowledgeof IT et Management (ITAM) and Configuration Management Database(CMDB)modules.
  • Familiaritywith ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mappingmodules.
  • Strongytical problemsolving and organizationalss.
